There’s been such a great upswell of support for the the people of Japan from the design & illustration community (and everyone else, really). I couldn’t very well sit around and not put my drawing skills to use!

My goal with the piece was to create a message that could live on even after Japan has recovered. As cheesy as it sounds, I kinda wanted to make a new "Hang In There Baby!" I don’t want to downplay the reason I created the piece in the first place—I just want to remind everyone that whether your troubles are big or small, hope can help you pull through.
